INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

Standard Airmail ($50): Since it cannot be tracked or recorded, this option is chosen at the customer’s own risk and does not require a signature upon arrival. Since this method is not insured, there will be no qualifying for a free reship if it does not arrive. Delivery will take three to seven days.
For $80.00, you can use International Recorded Delivery to fully monitor this service in your nation. Depending on where you live, this technique typically takes 3–7 days to arrive. Upon delivery, it needs to be signed for.

If a delivery attempt is made on an order and no one is home to sign for it, the order is taken to the closest sorting office and you receive a delivery attempted letter, which you should bring with you to pick it up as soon as possible. If you do not pick up your order within the allotted time, it will be destroyed and not be returned to us, so you will not be eligible for a refund or a reship. Please note that Research Trade Lab does not guarantee these delivery time-frames; rather, they are the mail service’s expected arrival timings.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

We do not provide a return policy because of the nature of our business, and all sales are final with no exceptions. This may sound severe, but because of the nature of the substance, any tampering may seriously hurt researchers, and if we were to resell, we couldn’t guarantee the purity. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, however customers who choose to do so between the time of purchase and the time of shipment can do so for a complete refund. We at Research Trade Lab provide a replacement shipment for any tracked order that does not reach its destination after 21 business days.

Kindly take note of the following:

Between the time of purchase and the date of shipment, customers are free to cancel any order at any moment.
All sales are final once they are shipped from our warehouse.
We don’t provide a return address or accept returns.
Only documented mail is eligible for a free reshipment after 15 business days.
Unrecorded mail is ordered by customers at their own risk, and it will not be reshipped if it does not arrive.
Our shipping RED list must not include countries that are not available for reshipment.
